Saharra Griffin is the special assistant to the executive vice president for Policy, Jacob Leibenluft. Prior to joining American Progress, she served as an assistant in the executive office of House Democratic Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and interned with Facebook’s D.C.-based public policy team. Griffin earned her bachelor’s degree in policy, planning, and development from the University of Southern California.
