Many states have taken actions to limit the damage caused by the Trump administration’s sabotage of the Affordable Care Act (ACA). The Center for American Progress previously released a column on three specific ways states can counteract ACA sabotage: implementing state-level individual mandates, limiting short-term junk plans, and establishing state-level reinsurance programs. The following interactive shows which of these actions have been taken by different states. This will periodically be updated to reflect new legislation and state initiatives.
