Today Rush Limbaugh, the conservative radio talk host, said in a TV interview that he thought Mayor Villaraigosa was a “shoe shine guy.”
At a time when hate and fear are being injected in the public discourse about Latinos, a public figure should be held accountable for comments that are clearly derogatory and offensive to this community.
