With only 33 days until the June 30 deadline for transferring authority back to the Iraqi people, the Bush Administration has its work cut out for it. Despite the White House's obsession with Iraq after 9/11, there is still no credible plan for reconstruction and stability. The Center for American Progress continues to update the following "To Do List" to help keep tabs on the wide range of transition challenges facing the Coalition Provisional Authority and Administrator Paul Bremer.
