Unregistered Latinos and Eligible-to-Naturalize Green Card Holders Could Swing Elections

Philip E. Wolgin looks at the top 10 states with the highest number of eligible but unregistered Latino voters, which could have an effect on a number of key states in the 2012 election.

These numbers are updated as of July 19 with newly released Department of Homeland Security data on the Legal Permanent Resident Population in 2011.
