Proposals from CAP's Mortgage Finance Working Group
The Mortgage Finance Working Group, organized by the Center for American Progress, has put together the following materials that contain proposals for reforming our housing finance system.
The first is a slideshow entitled, "A Reponsible Secondary Market System for Housing Finance," which outlines what a reformed secondary market for housing finance would look like.
