Thanks to a viral Web video, Joseph Kony, head of the Lord’s Resistance Army and notorious war criminal, has been in the news recently. Sasha Lezhnev of the Enough Project, a Center for American Progress partner organization, explains who Kony is, what has been done to stop his brutal tactics, and what still needs to be done to bring him to justice.
