On the heels of last year’s decision upholding the Affordable Care Act, the conclusion of the 2012-13 Supreme Court term brings more major decisions, this year on several foundational issues for our democracy: voting rights, marriage equality, diversity in education, and several new decisions about the scope of corporate power over the consumer in modern America.
