Caroline Ratcliffe

Dr. Ratcliffe is an economist and Senior Research Associate in the Urban Institute's Center on Labor, Human Services and Population. She has also been a Visiting Associate Professor at Georgetown University, teaching in their public policy program. She has published widely and conducted policy analyses on a variety of topics including income and work supports, asset building, youth development, and Social Security. She received her Ph.D. in Economics from Cornell University.
