Vickie Choitz
Vickie Choitz is a senior policy analyst at the Center for Law and Social Policy. Her focus is access to and success in workforce and postsecondary education and training. Vickie analyzes and advocates for state workforce and education policies that better serve low-income adults and provides technical assistance to state and local advocates and governments in these areas. Previously, Vickie was a senior policy analyst at Jobs for the Future and the state policy director for the Lifelong Learning Account program at the Council for Adult and Experimental Learning. She holds undergraduate degrees in political science and secondary education from Kansas State University and a master’s degree in public policy from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
