Ulrich Boser

Ulrich Boser is the research director of "Leaders and Laggards: A State-by-State Report Card on Educational Effectiveness". A former contributing editor at U.S. News & World Report, he is an award-winning writer and best-selling author. His articles and research have appeared in The New York Times, The Washington Post, Slate, and Smithsonian. He graduated with honors from Dartmouth College.
