Sepideh Keyvanshad

Sepideh Keyvanshad currently serves as the senior development advisor to the special representative for Afghanistan and Pakistan. Sepideh is a Foreign Service Officer with the Agency for International Development, and has been working on Afghanistan, both in Washington and in the field, since 2004. Previously, she has worked in El Salvador, Russia, and Haiti, focusing on development assistance, justice sector reform, and governance issues, with USAID, The World Bank, and several NGOs. Sepideh holds a law degree from the University of Illinois.
