Andrew Pincus
Andrew Pincus is a partner at Mayer Brown LLP specializing in Supreme Court and appellate litigation. He has argued 19 cases in the Supreme Court, including several antitrust cases, most recently Illinois Tool Works Inc. v. Independent Ink, Inc., 547 U.S. 28 (2006), and Weyerhaeuser Company v. Ross-Simmons Hardwood Lumber Co., 549 U.S. 312 (2007).
Andy is also co-director of the Yale Law School's Supreme Court Clinic. He served as general counsel of the U.S. Department of Commerce from 1997 to 2000 and assistant to the solicitor general at the U.S. Department of Justice from 1984 to 1988.
