Arthur M. Hauptman

Arthur M. Hauptman has been an independent public policy consultant since 1981. He is an internationally recognized expert in higher education finance and has written and spoken extensively on issues of student financial aid, college costs, tuition fees, and resource allocation. He has consulted on higher education finance issues with more than two dozen countries, as well as a number of federal government agencies, state agencies, and higher education institutions and associations in the United States. Hauptman holds a Bachelor's in economics from Swarthmore College and an M.B.A. from Stanford University.
