Alexia Kelley
Alexia Kelley is the Executive Director and co-founder of Catholics in Alliance for the Common Good. The Alliance is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization that promotes awareness of Catholic social teaching and its core values of justice, dignity and the common good to Catholics, the media and Americans of all faiths. Through communications, grassroots outreach and strategic coordination, the Alliance supports Catholic organizations that work to advance the common good.
Kelley has served in non-profit organizations committed to poverty reduction, social justice, and the environment. She worked for nearly a decade at the Catholic Campaign for Human Development, the Catholic Church’s national anti-poverty program. Co-author of A Nation for All: How the Catholic Vision of the Common Good Can Save America from the Politics of Division, Kelley is frequently cited by the New York Times, Washington Post, National Public Radio and other media for analysis on faith and j' politics. Kelley has a B.A. in Religion with honors from Haverford College and a Master of Theological Studies from Harvard Divinity School.
