Robert Grenier

Mr. Grenier is Managing Director and Chairman for Global Security Consulting at Kroll, which he joined in 2006 following a 27-year career in CIA's Clandestine Service. A specialist in the Near East and South Asia with 15 years' experience in foreign postings, Mr. Grenier has most recently served as Director of CIA's Counter Terrorism Center (2004-06), as CIA's Iraq Mission Manager (2002-04), and as CIA's Chief of Station in Islamabad, Pakistan (1999-02). Earlier in his career, Mr. Grenier was Deputy National Intelligence Officer for the Near East and South Asia, and a Special Assistant to the Undersecretary of State. He conceived and organized CIA's Counter-Proliferation Division, serving as its first Chief of Operations. He was also Chief of the CIA's basic training facility, and authored the Clandestine Service' Code of Ethics. A graduate in Philosophy of Dartmouth College, Mr. Grenier is married with one son.
