Gail Laster

Gail W. Laster is a Deputy Chief Counsel for the Committee on Financial Services of the U.S. House of Representatives. The Committee is chaired by Rep. Barney Frank. Ms. Laster served as the General Counsel for the Department of Housing and Urban Development in the second Clinton Administration. A graduate of Yale University and New York University School of Law, Ms. Laster has been a professor of law, and an executive with the Legal Services Corporation.
