Judith Hibbard

Judith Hibbard, Ph.D., M.P.H., is a Professor of Health Policy at the University of Oregon. Her research is supported by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, the Agency for Health Care Research and Quality, the Health Care Industry Forum, and the AARP Public Policy Institute. She has served on several advisory panels and commissions, including the National Advisory Counsel for AHRQ, the National Health Care Quality Forum, United Health Group Advisory Panel, and the National Advisory Council for the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.
