Drea Cooper
Drea Cooper is a filmmaker based in San Francisco. For the past five years, he has worked in Kosovo, Colombia, and India directing and shooting feature documentaries, commercials and television shows. He has worked with a variety of networks and clients including MTV, A&E, Apple, and Google. In 2005, Drea was the cinematographer for the feature documentary, "My Blood My Compromise," which premiered at the Montreal International Human Rights Film Festival. Filmed on location in Kosovo, the film takes an unflinching look at the realities of post-war life among everyday citizens as they struggle to make Kosovo an independent country. In 2007, Drea directed his first feature documentary, "REBORN New Orleans Schools."
