Kendra Seaman

Kendra Seaman is an eighth grade science teacher and science department chair at KIPP DC: KEY Academy. Prior to joining KIPP DC, Ms. Seaman taught seventh and eighth grade science at Frick Middle School in Oakland, California as a part of the Teach for America Corps. She has also been a private clarinet and saxophone instructor. Ms. Seaman earned her B.A. in Psychology and Biology from the University of Kansas, where she was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa and the Mortar Board National Honor Societies. In addition to her B.A, Ms. Seaman earned a teaching credential in biological science from Alliant University.
