David Gewanter

David Gewanter is Associate Professor of English at Georgetown University. He is author of two books of poetry: In the Belly (University of Chicago Press, 1997) and The Sleep of Reason (U. Chicago Press, 2003); and co-editor, with Frank Bidart, of Robert Lowell: Collected Poems (Farrar Straus, & Giroux, Faber & Faber, 2003; paperback, 2007).
