Chris Pyke
Chris Pyke, Ph.D., is the director of climate change services for CTG Energetics, Inc. CTG's Climate Change Services help clients understand and reduce greenhouse gas emissions and prepare for changing climatic conditions through the design and operation of built environments. Dr. Pyke is also a fellow with the Virginia Institute of Marine Science's Center for Coastal Resources Management and a member of the Scientific and Technical Advisory Committee for the US EPA Chesapeake Bay Program. Prior to joining CTG, Dr. Pyke was an environmental scientist with the US EPA's Global Change Research Program and co-chair of the US Climate Change Science Program's Interagency Working Group on Human Contributions and Responses to Climate Change. Dr. Pyke received Ph.D. and M.A. degrees in geography from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a B.S. in geology from the College of William and Mary.
