Reginald M. Felton is Director of Federal Relations at the National School Boards Association representing the interests of local schools boards on Capitol Hill and with the Administration.  Prior to coming to NSBA, he was a Senior Executive at the Department of Navy addressing a wide range of responsibilities including congressional relations, human resources management, and navy infrastructure.  He was an elected member of the Montgomery County, Maryland Board of Education where he has served from 1994-2004, three years as the President.  He received his BA degree from Howard University, MS from Tulane University, and holds certificates from the Brookings Institution and Harvard University Graduate School of Education.
