Max Hoffman
Special Assistant
Max Hoffman is a Special Assistant on the National Security and International Policy team at CAP. Max graduated with his M.A. in history from the University of Edinburgh in Scotland, winning the Compton Prize in American History for his dissertation on the U.S. role in the Cuban Revolution of 1933. A native of the Virgin Islands, Max has studied military history and Spanish in Oxford and Salamanca. Prior to joining CAP, Max interned on the Hill for the House Armed Services Committee, worked at the United Nations on disarmament and security issues, and worked in public affairs in Boston.
