Technical Support Internship

Are you the person your friends and family run to when their Mac or PC has “issues?” We have dozens of Macs and hundreds of PCs as well as our share of gremlins so we can give you hands-on experience using professional-grade tools and techniques to fix the problems that arise while running a think tank that employees over 200 people. Join our Technical Support team as an Intern and raise your skills to the next level. We are looking for a quick learner that is part firefighter, nurse, and CSI investigator. Your day will never be boring and we will make sure you have time to play with new technology and share in the CAP experience by attending presentations from policy experts and participating in our rich internship program.
