Elizabeth Chen is a Policy Analyst with the Women’s Health and Rights Program at American Progress. She is a 2012-13 reproductive justice fellow through Law Students for Reproductive Justice. While in law school, she served as an instructor of an undergraduate course on Women and the Law, a co-coordinator of a film series, and an executive articles editor of the Washington University Journal of Law and Policy. She also published an article there, examining the constitutionality of gender-discriminatory HPV vaccine mandates.

Liz received her J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis and her A.B. in public policy from the University of Chicago.
