White House Confirms Obama To Visit Copenhagen

Andrew Light is in the Clean Skies News studio to discuss today's announcement from the White House that President Obama will travel to Copenhagen during the first week of the two week event to assure the world that whatever the U.S. puts on the table is "downpayment" for a full agreement in the upcoming months.
